Iconic Flow · the gap after the inquiry

You already paid for the lead. Who owns the callback now?

Michelle Ohumukini

I find the gap — missed callbacks, waiting quotes — then I install and host the catch so your office actually opens it. Not a file you have to finish. Not another login that dies in a week. I’m Michelle, in Salt Lake. Two weeks. One leak. I stay on it.

Real success

The hale is already live.

Before Iconic Flow demos for shops, I built a private hale for Hālau Ku Pono I Kamalani — Kumu hula Kahealani Ohumukini Blackmon, Davis County since 2008. Notices, mele, and practice tracks left the message pile. Haumāna use it. Culture stays with the kumu.

That is the same job I do for a shop: walk how they already work, put the catch live, stay after go-live. The demos below are the peek — not the product they pay for.

The problem

Work lives in texts, inboxes, and whoever picked up the phone.

Unanswered leads become waiting quotes. Generic software asks the shop to change. You keep your way of working. I own the catch after go-live.

Live demos

One journey: unanswered lead, then waiting quote.

Live demos, not a file you finish. Click one. If it fits, tell me which leak is yours.

The estimate went out. Then everyone got busy.

How it works

I install it. I host it. I stay on it.

01

Click a live demo

Harbor Home (callbacks), then Plumb Line (quotes). The demo is the cheap part — it just proves the path is real.

02

Name the leak

Unanswered lead, waiting quote, or another pile. You keep your week. We do not rip out the tools you already use.

03

I put it live and I stay

Two weeks. One leak. When a job slips next Tuesday, I’m still the person who answers — not a login that dies in a week.

Success on this site means: you opened a demo, or you named the leak. That is the hand-raise. After that I install, host, and stay — not a surprise CRM project.

More proof

Same instinct under real deadlines.

Theatre rooms and production desks taught me that systems only matter if people can rely on them when the clock is running. The hale proved the hosted “one home for the pile” pattern with a real community. Iconic Flow applies that to shops.

About

The medium changes. The thinking does not.

I’m a Native Hawaiian creative problem-solver. Today Iconic Flow is the front door for shops: they keep their way of working, I own the catch after go-live. The hale, sound, and rooms are how you know the thinking already works with real people — not only demos.
